Position: MBA Intern – Customer Acquisition
Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
Duration: Three months
Start Date: 15th April 2025

Role Overview:
We seek a dynamic and result-oriented MBA Intern to support our Customer Acquisition initiatives. The intern will play a key role in identifying potential customers, engaging stakeholders, and driving partnerships for our waste management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Lead Generation: Identify and analyse potential customer segments, including bulk waste generators, hotels, restaurants, event management agencies, and corporate clients.
  • Customer Outreach & Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers through cold calls, emails, and direct meetings.
  • Field Visits & Relationship Management: Conduct customer visits, build strong relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Business Development Support: Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to convert leads into partnerships.
  • CRM & Data Management: Track customer interactions, update CRM databases, and generate reports on customer acquisition progress.
  • Collaboration with Marketing Agency: Work closely with marketing to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement strategies.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing an MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with a passion for market expansion.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop customer acquisition strategies and execute them effectively.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
  • Interest in sustainability, environmental solutions, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a plus.
